- Billing & Sales Entry: Generated customer bills manually and maintained handwritten sales records for daily tracking
- Inventory & Stock Management: Organized new stock, labelled goods, and maintained stock levels in the storeroom and display sections
- Customer Service: Assisted customers in selecting clothing items, responded to queries, and ensured a smooth in-store experience
- Staff Coordination: Supported floor staff during busy hours and helped in managing day-to-day store operations
- Visual Merchandising: Helped organize and rearrange product displays for better visual appeal and customer flow
- Record Maintenance: Kept detailed handwritten logs of daily sales, returns, and product dispatches
